wrong....

the lakers listen to byron scott who wanted russell, but mitch was leaning towards okafur who should have been the pick, because u still have clarkson and next year u can go signed a top notch guard in free agency... u can't go out and get a double double big man today....

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
@Regular_P so deep into his Russell hate, he's talking himself into Okafor being a good defender down the road :wow:

:francis:

I think it really came down to the Lakers rightfully believing that Randle & Okafor wouldn't work together, they would have to trade Julius right away, but in the end they'll probably do that anyway.

Yeah I dunno about Randle, kind of alarming Nance is already passing him

Him and Towns have easily been the two most impressive rookies. And I kill the Knicks more than anyone.

Im not saying that he hasn't been good but towns has been easily better. Russell to me has shown the most potential out of the rookies based on the fact that he has taken over games. 2 me okafor has been the most consistent and nba ready. Im rooting for porzingis tho because of how analysis shytted on him but if i was redrafting right now id still pick him at 4

Do you watch basketball or do you just skim through it

Nah i actually watch. Hes been but not 2 the extreme that yall put it. Yall talk about trading melo and building the team around him, he aint got the juice like that yet, hell no rookie does

Id say third behind okafor and ill still take the 3 before him before him in the long run

His defense puts him ahead of Okafor, he's excellent in help defense and is already one of the best shotblockers in the league.

His long term projection is why he was drafted 4th to begin with, what he's doing now was unexpected, long term he's going to add some weight and he'll be strong enough to operate in the post. Right now he's playing almost exclusively as a cutter, jumpshooter and roll man to the rim, he has a post moves that he flashes from time to time but isn't strong enough yet to play in the post. A 7'3" PF that can defend, shoot the three and potentially post up....only KAT has similar qualities.

They will. Nance is the better player and he actually would have been a great fit next to Okafor. :francis:
