The reason I say that is if I'm in a team of 5 and one person fukks up. Management better only pull the f@ggot that fukked up and tell him :

I and the others have no fukking business even hearing about it or even knowing about it. I absolutely hate the whole "we succeed as a team or we fail as a team" approach managers and coaches always try to lecture an entire team because one single individual fukked up because they don't want these fragile mentally fakkits to feel isolated.
The problem is too many of these fukkas didn't have someone in the household to teach them tough love. Or even where their dads tried to but their moms got in their way being over protective not letting their dads toughen them up..
