I was there last year for the Rams/Bucs game and felt the hotels West of 405 near LaX were nice, secure and a easy trip to and from SoFiYou should have asked prior to booking a hotel near LAX. Not much to do or see near LAX.
Anyways good local bars in Inglewood; GS lounge, Manchester Bar and Grill, La Louisiane

DTLA was ass pre-Covid. LA has an embarassing downtown for being one of the major cities. Hated working downtown. If you trying to get by the coast Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach are close by. Santa Monica has tons of places right off the 3rd Street Promenade. Water Grill, Elephante, King and Queens is a fun place for some Tacos and Drinks. Manhattan Beach a little closer to Inglewood, the Strand is a nice place there. There's tons of great places, only thing I would say is stay out of DTLA, gone to shyt since the pandemic unfortunately
