Update: Had a good trip with my woman :blessed:

Landed on Thurs and spent the whole first day recuperating at the hotel. Hyatt Regency near LAx is a solid place and the built in bar/restaurant there had a damn good burger and wings :ehh:

Friday:
-had breakfast at Coffee Company off of La Tiejra near LAX. Good food and vibe here. :ehh:

-Did Santa Monica Pier next. Good views and got our steps in
-At nighttime we stepped out at Culver City to go to Rush Street. I really dig the Culver CIty scene. NIce, quiet area for dinner.

Saturday:
-Did Brunch at Serving Spoon in Inglewood. Those waffles, french toast and chicken :wow: that customer service too:wow:
(my lady didnt realize Inglewood is lowkey the hood so she was a little shook with the PnB shyt and all :lupe:)

-Afternoon: Went to Los Angeles County Art Museum. Really big museum (and theres two more museums right next door to it, a car museum and museum of motion pictures). Saw where Biggie got killed at :mjcry:

-Evening: went to the Last Bookstore in DTLA (my girl loves books)

-Night: went back to the Hotel changed and then came back to the Rhythm Room bar/jazz club in DTLA. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to hear good live music with a grown and sexy crowd. Music starts at 9:30 so get there at 8:30-9:00 to reserve a table

Sunday:
Saw Rams vs. Falcons with club seats at SoFi. Rams got the dub :blessed:

After the game (which getting out of the stadium was a issue), I walked and got us In and Out. My first time having it and i gotta say the burger is damn good.

Pros:
First big thanks to all you guys who recommended places. I will try to go back and rep all the posters who recommended places I went to. :salute:

Secondly: the women are the real deal in LA :takedat:. Its not even that youre gonna see a thick ass insta thot every where. Its just that the average regular, degular LA chick is far more put together, in shape, and overall better looking than every other regions women.

Even petite East Asian women (who are normally not my thing) were dressed really well and had a overall sexier look to them. Contrast this to Downtown Seattle where most Asian women you see are still dressing like their Freshmen year in college :beli:

Thirdly, I was highly impressed with the customer service. Everyone was friendly, thorough and knowledgable.

Cons:
LA is big as fukk and traffic is awful. At peak traffic its bout 45 to an hour to travel 8 miles :why:.

In order to get the most out (and spend the least) youve got to be strategic with where you stay at. While the LAX airport area is safe and the hotels are decent, i wouldnt recommend staying there unless youre flying in on Saturday just to see a Sunday game . If youre trying to see the coast, hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc, i recommend staying in the more Northern areas. The money i spent on Ubers to get to Santa Monica and back and forth to DTLA is :sadcam:

Getting out of SoFi after a game is still a nightmare. The city closes off a lot of nearby traffic so entry in and out of SoFi isnt easy. Theres a few tricks people use (parking at Home Depot/Sizzler) but im against driving in LA so I wouldnt know about that. The Hyatt Regency trotted out a shuttle service called Circuit (20 bucks to get too and from SoFi). Sunday was their initial launch. The trip there was smooth but it took an hour and 30 minutes after the game ended for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up (and the shuttle can only seat 10). Hopefully they work the kinks out with that.

But all in all a very good trip, my girl and I enjoyed it a lot.
Good stuff breh. Glad you guys enjoyed yourselves. Nice variety of spots too. LA is not a traditional city as its all about different sections. You pick the parts of town that you like from the parts you don't like and go from there.

-Everybody needs to read this post truthfully. There's no "checking in" type bullsh*t. You simply do you, blend in, and enjoy yourself. Its real life out here too not just this cartoon rappers are in danger sh*t. OP and his girl was in the hood and the nicer well known areas no problem . But yeah a LA visit has an entire different type of itinerary when you're out here to flash and stunt on nikkas, be seen, post your location, and try to get in tight with a set/gang and end up getting caught up in their beefs. But carry on

checking in is something rappers do lol the average person doesn't have to do it. That being said if you know someone from the area they can point you in the right direction and let you know any dangers you may come across.

Everytime im in LA I have a good time. If you're moving around with a purpose, you'll be fine. But if you wondering around "looking for something to get into" you'd probably have problems.
