All I know is Ladera and View Park are right next to Inglewood. Had me like when I visited relatives for the first time years ago. Like how are y’all so close to this bullshyt?

To answer your question in the title:

• South Central is short for South Central Los Angeles meaning, it’s Los Angeles, CA. but just the Southern-most part of Central LA. This area has now been rebranded “South LA”.
• Watts is a neighborhood within South LA.
• Inglewood is a city.
• Compton is a city.

Not many - the only ones I knew were middle-class from like the Ladera Heights area.

There are more africans than Caribbeans, especially east africans.
