There's still majority black hoods in LA but they all on the Westside of South Central...
Redlining is to blame for that

People keep saying the Mexicans pushed us out, when in reality the factories start closing during the late 70s and homes started being built and costing less in the inland empire and north Las Vegas
So blacks started leaving

But now the Eastside of South Central is starting to get gentrified
East LA too

Inglewood is it's own city and has rivalry of source with LA (Crenshaw vs Morningside, as well as crips vs bloods) but that's where a lot of black people who still own property live. South Central is a mixed bag, but westside is nicer. Compton is a suburb and small, westside is nicer than the east. Watts is apart of the east side of south central but it's own area in a way, most blew out part of the city.

Inglewood has a decent shooting range.

Not sure it's still there but I used to go to a 24 hour fitness out there that was nice.

If you want decent rent that's probably the top of thenlost of where you'd move. Watts being the last place
ain't it damn near impossible to own a gun in la county?

No. It's very Possible.. they make owning an ar difficult but you can get a decent shotgun or pistol. Yhe 10 rnd capacity is annoying.

shyt if you buy a weapon at one address and move, you gotta update the address of the firearm or you can't buy ammo in some places.

It's kind of ridiculous. They basically just want you to be at the mercy of criminals and call the police to scrape you up off the ground.
