yesterday was the most unproductive day I've had in years, no joke. I might've sent 2 emails out all day and i was so scatterbrained i barely got those out right. And I cried the most I had since Nipsey passing.

today is better but still can't wrap my head around this.

We getting Kobe tats or nah???

I know I am. Maybe not his face or anything to crazy... Probably something minimalist like his logo or the number 24 somewhere

I’m probably going to get that championship photo with his head down. It was always a dope photo to me and it always tripped me out out. He was at the peak of his career at that point but it seemed like he wanted more in that moment. When I was younger I didn’t get it, but now that I am older and especially after this, I understand. Don’t just aim to be good or great, put your all in and try to be the best.

How is telling the story about how he met Kobe for the first time when they were teenagers and how they spoke about having to raise all daughters throughout the years a turn off?
:gucci:

what was bad about it that turned you off? It’s how he first met him...he didn’t say anything crazy

17 year old Kobe using his NBA ID to buy booze at a liquor store after they closed . Knowing Fallon's problems with alcohol didn't make it a good look.

no joke, I’ve been so affected by this I’m sick now. Like my body has been so drained the last two days, now I feel a chest cold coming on

Man every time I see a pic or video of Gigi it just eats away at me. She was just an innocent child. I hate seeing kids suffer. I hate seeing kids pass away :mjcry:

From what information we have it sounds like it was instantaneous death. They probably didn't see it coming.

Also, people who have had near death experiences talk about their experiences. Sometimes they say they see their angel, or angels come and escort them. Sometimes all they know is they are in Paradise. If you believe in the Lord, it won't be a bad experience, as far as the moment you leave this physical life for the spiritual. They say your senses and awareness becomes even more enhanced on the other side of this life.

I don't think we have to worry about those kids on that helicopter. God is merciful, and kids are dear to Him. Hopefully the adults made a good choice about their eternity.

Brehs, I have to admit. I never actually vocalized this in the past because I don’t like to speak death into existence. But in all those dumbass stan arguments from my early teens til just this past Saturday, my biggest fear was that only death would show his detractors why his stans were/are so loyal and why he was so beloved.

We all ready to receive when we ready to receive things. But it makes me kinda sad that many of us spent more time spreading hate for some silly media created and driven pissing contest between our GOATs.

What I take from that is of course Bron has my undivided support. But more than that I really hope the discussion in sports and especially in basketball is forever changed. And to those of you who find yourselves grieving now after having a negative view of him, I just hope that now y’all understand why we loved him so much. It shouldn’t be a mystery now.....

smfh, I cannot believe I gotta talk about Kobe in this way.......
I understand the sentiment, but the fan discussions and debates about who’s the greatest isn’t gonna end.

That rivalries and shyt talking is a part of competitive sports. Of course we can all rejoice in appreciation upon the tragic death of an iconic figure such as Kobe and his child...

But by the time the playoffs come around, the Lakers are in the WCF, and LeBron passes up the crunch time shot for a wide open KCP 3 in the corner that bricks... we all know folks gonna be like “Kobe woulda never gave that shot to bum ass KCP there :hhh:

And that’s totally fine :russ:
