Doc's just saying what mostly everybody was saying.

Warriors ran through a bunch of mercurial teams.

Clippers/Spurs was a blood bath. That series took a major toll on the Clips & they ran out of gas in the next round against the Rockets.

Don't think the Clippers had the mental toughness to recover from a grueling series like that.

The Spurs on the other hand, I think they'd go on to beat the Rockets

1. The stars couldn't have aligned without permission from the Clippers. The Clippers gave up that 3-1 series lead. Yet I'm to believe this same Clippers team were the only team standing in the way between a 67 win team going to the finals?
2. The Spurs are always shakey the year after they win a title. I'm to believe that same Spurs team that lost The Clips would've been the chosen team to take out Golden State? Again, the stars couldn't have aligned for GS without the Spurs SUCKING. Doc's comments should've read "The Warriors are lucky my team and the Spurs stunk-it-up this post-season". Say what you want about KD, Kyrie, and whoever else being injured, the Spurs and The Clips don't have that excuse....

3. Part of the reason The Cavs defense was on point, was because of the injuries to Klove and Kyrie. Either way, the Warriors weren't the only team to face battered teams. For all the talk about The Cavs injuries, they ignore the fact they faced a Bulls team with no Pau, and they faced a Hawks team with no Thabo, and an injured Korver.
Lol at number 3. You either didn't watch the games or you are an idiot. Kevin Love > Thato on so many levels and even if u say Thank played, wtf was he going to make in terms of being a difference maker? He is not that important of a piece that you can bank on him. Korver played in the series and the Cavs were dominating the Hawks when he was playing: He got injured during the series and it was clear by then that we were looking at a sweep.

The Cavs only needed 1 more creater/ regular scorer to help Lebron and they would have won that series. The problem was that they had a limited rotation and it was simply a case of Lebron and his teammates getting gassed by the end of the third quarter and thats how the Warriors won their games. Look at how the Warriors took their leads: when Lebron went to the bench at the end of Q3. It wasn't on some pound for pound shyt where you could clearly see that the Warriors were superior.

Truth is, the stars aligned perfectly for the Warriors and they are probably one and done. It wasn't through their grit and perseverance that they got the rings. Never in the history of the NBA playoffs have we seen a team get this lucky. You can feel it as well but for the sake of being hot headed and too emotional you are just bringing up nonsense that you even know and feel is not true

Some would argue that Houston is the luckiest team in the history of the NBA playoffs having Jordan out of the league for the majority of those two seasons they chipped. That doesn't make their titles undeserving or worthy of asterisks.

"Woulda coulda shoulda" is always the worst defense in sports.

Deserving and being lucky are two different things. Of course they deserve the title because they've earned it fair and square. But that doesn't mean they weren't still lucky too. Can you name a team in the last 10 years that won the championship and faced four teams in a row with that many injuries to key/starting players?

Doc sounds like a butt hurt fud. He has no room to talk when his fakkit team chocked a 3 1 lead.

So the warriors are lucky doc is a retarded GM that left the clippers with no bench, leading to their starters running out of gas? :jbhmm:

Whether you wanna admit it or not, the Cavs best defenders got their minutes in place of Klove and Kyrie. That's the main reason TT thinks he's entitled to that big home run Max contract. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, LBJ didn't have enough scorers around him. He didn't have enough help. But, I thought JR and Shump were useful and just weren't utilized right on The Knicks? Then after Game 3 in The Finals everything went back to "LeBron needs help, JR sucks, Shump sucks, the Warriors got lucky". How convenient, it must be to live in a world where any loss LBJ incurred can be reduced to him not having enough help around him, and his opponents victories can be reduced to luck. If the Bulls had one more scorer(Pau) for the whole series, then who knows....:jbhmm:

So a top 5 team of alltime record wise didn't win through grit and perseverence?
