Man, I don't know about anyone else, but I was a bit disappointed at how things turned out towards the end of episode 13. Maybe because I wasn't expecting Ryuko to go down that easily. Well, I guess it does make some sense as she was completely caught off guard and was not in the right state of mind to battle Nui. At least she was able to hold on to that one fabric of Senketsu. Even with that, how is she going to go up against Nui now knowing that she's completely out of her league?

Well, according to the big evil mom clothes are the original sin, so if Kamui's are clothes limited to their bare minimum, maybe this means Ryuko's gonna have to fight nekkid. :patrice:

Then again, the guys making this show always pull some weird "I know it makes sense within the concept, but this really makes no damn sense" twist, lol.

Lol, that would be crazy if Ryuko was forced to fight naked, haha. Of course I don't think it'll happen. But now with the majority of Kamui fabric gone, it seems the only viable option is to make a stronger Kamui based on the little fabric she has. Of course, whom would even be able to make the fabric more powerful enough to withstand Nui's attacks. Hmm...I sense a lot of fcukery is going to happen with these next few episodes.

Probably the most boring episode so far, it was basically a bunch of filler but at least they didn't waste any time on Ryuko moping around. Then again, word around town is shyt's going to get very real next episode because the creators consider Episode 16 to be the official start of the second half of the show.

The new opening debuts on Episode 16. The staff stated that it would be impossible to release before then because Episode 15 is the big climax of the story. The second ending will reflect more of Ryuko’s personality. Apparently we will only understand it once seeing the last episode. It will also portray Mako’s feelings of Ryuko.

Kill la Kill will be featured on Newtype (a monthly magazine that covers anime and manga run in Japan) next month. It was confirmed that the staff which created the Rebuild films (Evangelion) will be working on the second half of Kill la Kill.

:dead: @ them doing the 'recap episode' in two minutes saying it's the Kill La Kill way.

That bathhouse scene. :whew:

Clothes are an alien parasite that by leeching of blood through our skin triggered human evolution to fatten us up. These fools done came up with a legitimate reason for fan service. :deadrose:

Episode 16 was pretty absurd! Lol! But in a good way. I'll admit I had a WTF look on my face when Ryuko found out that Clothes created humanity. And maybe its me, but the bath house scene was just a tiny bit on the creepy side as we see Satsuki's mother touching her daughter in a somewhat "lustful" manner. Of course that is me nitpicking a little. I have a feeling that Satsuki and Ryuko will team up to take down Satsuki's mother as she's the one that poses the most threat to humanity itself by working for COVERS. In any case, I like the new direction of show. I can only imagine just how much more absurd it can get from here.:ohhh:

Holy Sh!t! I was not expecting episode 17 to go down like that! But at the same time, I figured Satsuki and her mom would clash due to their philosophies of life fibers.....Ah yes! Now the real game begins!:wow:

Ending was crazy, although I expected the betrayal at some point because Satsuki's own vision was too strong to ever be influenced by her mother's.

But the preview shows her mother alive so I guess life fibers will save her. Plus we still don't know what Nui's deal is, so things are going to get even crazier from here.

Yo!!! Episode 18 was the truth!! :wow::ohhh: I expected the final reveal towards the end of the episode but man....talk about HEARTLESS! Lol! Ragyo completely threw her humanity and daughters in the bushes brehs!:banderas::dead: I'm still trying to figure out how Satsuki, Ryuko, and Nudist Beach supposed to take on Ragyo since she's practically fused with the Life Fibers making her "Immortal" . This episode was very intense from beginning to end. Episodes just keeping getting better and better!

P.S. I also noticed that Ragyo and Nui were speaking a little french this episode...hmmm...
