I see it in another way, he addressed it, Handled it with class, didn't add to anything by throwing anybody under the bus. Basically a reflection and a way to dead it and move on.
I can see your point about potentially giving that dummy clicks. But between majority of the team backing him up and Wentz addressing it head on, it doesn't give em any lingering thoughts

Let this nikka Wentz go. I heard doing the Vikings regular season game he was in so much pain because of his back he couldn't even sit down. He destroyed the season because he was jealous of Foles

Because he played hurt and not at 100 percent and that shyt costed us a couple of games. Foles would of won some of those games breh

I think some of the reports about wentz are true . at the beginning of the season the whole team was hurt when foles got the full squad back it took off. the titans game was the game Carson seemed still not right to me. going forward I'm just saying he has big shoes to fill . he said he's not gonna change in the interview . he better look at rogers , he will lose this team quick if he can't lead the right way.

So Carson Wentz must be the de-facto head coach since he runs the entire show.If this is the case, more blame should laid at the feet of Doug Pederson than Wentz. CW is a type A super driven player..of course he will play injured...he would play with one leg if he were allowed. Its the coaches job to sit his ass and play the backup making 13M+ a year

Players play hurt all time, on every team. It has nothing to do with jealousy. Wentz wasn’t even the only person on the Eagles who did this. As long as the medical team clears them, they’re going to play. It’s how they make a living.
And are we going to forget how Foles played in his last game? The one where he spent three quarters wasting the efforts of his defense because he couldn’t score? Or his first two games this season? There’s no guarantee Foles wins anything, especially not with the O-Line and defensive play Wentz had to deal with. Wentz hasn’t been perfect this year, but there’s a good reason the head coach who spent all season with those two is saying the Eagles are sticking with Wentz.

hold up playa ! it dont matter what u say bout the last game of the season . wentz got destroyed against the saints . without that alshon drop it was looking like we was goin in to win that game .at the hardest place to win on the road in the playoffs tgis year. I guarantee patriot fans wasn't saying brady was " wasting the efforts of the defense " in the Superbowl the first 3 qtrs. nobody gonna throw for 300 every game and blow every body out but when shyt on the line who put the drive together. there's a reason brady has the most game winning drives in the playoffs because every game is close like that.
the start of the season the team limped into the first two foles starts . no alshon which we know how him and foles get down. online beat up. you right there's no guarantee foles wins .but I can guarantee one thing we was sitting ducks until Foles got in and set it off with the exact same team wentz had.
