Philly. Fucc a Eagle. I mean dat.
Hit the bottle hard after that early exit huh:mjlit:. Get that liver ready for next year cause its gonna happen again.

I know u know nothin about this but its much easier losing divisional playoff games than NFC championship games and super bowls.
That coping mechanism is all fine and dandy now, but surely that’s gonna run out just like “Foles Magic” ran out last night :mjlit:

It may have run out last night but it still doesnt change the fact that Foles magic brought us something u havent seen in a quarter century.

Well it really sucked to lose that game when it felt like the magic was gonna keep going but have to feel very proud of this team who defended their crown with honor.
They kept the season alive against all odds and allowed me to bring my girl to her first Eagles home game vs the Texans on my birthday where we rocked ski masks and got to hear her telling all her skeptical girlfriends that it was the most exciting event she’s ever attended. Will have this memory for the rest of my life no doubt. Also the memory of my daughter being old enough to learn all the words to Fly Eagles Fly and insist that everyone in the room put their arms up after the E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles every single time.
It is obvious that Wentz is the future of this team and eternal props to BDN for everything he did for us. His jersey joins the holy pantheon of guys like Reggie White, Jerome Brown and Brian Dawkins whose jerseys you can eternally rock to an Eagles game with pride.
Moving forward if Kelce retires, Brooks misses the time he almost certainly will and Peters retires we immediately have a critical OL need. Hopefully Mailata can be the answer.
Will be an interesting offseason.
It hurts but hell of a season

Breh we are fukked if kelce retires

With a torn Achilles, Brooks is most likely done for the next season too.

We're talking about one of best strengths, our OLINE potentially being one of bigger needs now

We would have line up of
Big V/wins/semu/???/Lane

At this point I’m still riding with Wentz because of his ceiling but he has to rekindle the magic from last season. His leash is a little shorter thanks to :SBFolesUMad:

BG is leaving. I’ll miss him doing the boss up dance after each sack. Probably will let Darby walk to get a comp pick. Wis can slide in and start until brooks is back. Need to franchise and trade Foles to the team of his choice. And we have reliable possession guys but we need a skill player that’s a threat to take it to the house any time he touches it. That’s what we are lacking.

I cant imagine Big Vagina is still on the team..Lord get that useless muhfukker off the eagles (not big on seamulo either but i guess i can live with him). I have to assume Philly will draft at least 2 OL. Trading back is imperative now- WE NEED MORE PICKS :damn::damn::damn::damn::damn::damn:

I hate to do this to Foles but tagging and trading breh has to be the way to go. We need the additional picks

I hear you bruh...Foles can come to the cookout and all that fly shyt...but ima need some picks for you big gangly ass Nick

Its business bruh :smugbiden:

It's tricky though because the franchise tag number for a QB in 2019 is $29m. That's a lot of money to have tied up during the heart of the offseason until a trade is sorted out, teams that are interested can easily sit back and wait it out because they know push comes to shove we're gonna have to rescind the tag and free that space up.

Another aspect is that Nick controls his destiny regardless of getting tagged, he can easily look at a potential trade partner and say he doesn't wanna sign there long term and kill any deal. No one's gonna trade premium assets for him unless an extension is agreed to before hand.

Best case scenario is we find the perfect trade partner that Nick is down to extend with and it happens quick like the Alex Smith-Washington trade. It's a longshot though, much more likely Nick leaves through FA and we get that 3rd round comp pick in 2020.

“I aint going to be silly, I only have so many years I can do this but if it’s two million off from somebody else, obviously I’m going to stay where I’m at. I feel like people know me here, that’s what I mean when I say, ‘Is it worth going somewhere else? … I know I am happy here.”

“Am I willing to take less to be here?… All I am going to say is we will figure it out. People know I love Philly. My first priority is to make sure we can work something out. I respect that they drafted me here — Howie [Roseman], I was his first guy.”.

BG regarding his free agency and if we can come up with a similar offer

@NYSTATEOFMIND You up on Nasir Adderly at all?

Kinda looks like the smaller school big potential guys you're usually ahead of everyone on.

Kid looks like a potential star to me. I'd be pumped if we got him

cmon....you gotta do better than that Box...I been up on him since last year- he checks every box. The only issue is - because of the defense and level of competition- he wasnt asked to do much in terms of man coverage, but he is very athletic so I think he can handle it if asked.... but he can do EVERYTHING ELSE.

tackles
ball skills
great range
smart
communicates well with the secondary...he is probably the second best safety in the draft ( I actually like him better than the Alabama kid but i understand why he is rated higher)

I would draft him in the second round easily- he is around 195-200 lbs...would like to see him at 210 - and he is an eagles fan!
