Unpopular opinion but the term "High Value Man" is too convoluted and lowkey classist af.

My grandfather who was a farmer in South Carolina raised 9 kids with his wife through hard work, love, commitment, and sacrifice despite not having a high school education living in a poor area. He risked his life for his family and every single one of his kids became successful except for one who became an alcoholic after witnessing his daughter dying at the age of 7.

The thing is: People value different things.

I prefer the term "upper class" because it's more specific. Upper class or middle-upper class directly touches on a man's income and socioeconomic status and says nothing about his mentality, lifestyle, or morality. You can be upper class and decent as well as upper class and a total POS.

Because of this, I have mixed feelings about Kevin popularizing the phrase "High Value Man." On one hand, I totally get where he's coming from. But, on the other hand, other influencers and followers have twisted up the definition of it so much that it has no real meaning anymore.

Is Lil Baby more of a "High Value Man" than a manager at Home Depot? Surprisingly, a lot of people can't even answer that directly.
He covers all of these topics tho. He said rappers aren't high value. Curtis Jackson maybe high value but 50 cent isn't

You misunderstand. This type of man never cold approached, bytches approached him. I know this bc I myself have done it successfully.

I was fully on track by like 6. My mother had to run and seek out advice on how to guide my education properly bc I already had a plan of how my life was gon go. I changed schools every two years until I got to the top of the pyramid (NYC independent schools).

You shoulda been here when the ex stripper and other assorted simps regaled us with tales of bbw loving high value bm. :bryan:I'm a size 4 at fighting weight and I be the thickest thing at these events. :mjlol; I sincerely don't know what ppl talking about. Like, their version of hvm is completely different and not based in the reality in which I live, no disrespect to nobody, but these men ain't swayed by a pretty face. I had to actually learn things to qualify and 'raise my bidding price', like how to plan a dinner party with or without waitstaff, and horseback riding, and conversational French, and how to make a billionaire comfortable in my company. Cooking and cleaning in a lacefront with a fresh a bbl ain't gon cut it. These men expect your real hair, your real body, your real effort.

Are bw of your birth class still acquiring these skills? I don't have a network of youngins, so Idk, but I expect you're plugged in. Or is everything so faux-casual now that nobody bothers? Or are they faux-casual in public while retaining these skills in private?
What's crazy is saying what you are saying would get you SHUNNED on LSA.

Even when I traveled to New Orleans, Orlando, New York City, and lived in DC, it was the same shyt.

Most girls won't approach but they will when they want you and they think they qualify.

Even the girls I approach, they come back the next time like a boomerang. Handsome dudes ain't lying. The game is the game. If you show a ton of value, women will spit game to you or be extremely reactive when I approach.

Well you’re right; no one with any class walks around talking about “HVM” or “HVW”. And if they do, that’s a quick way to know they are not as special or dignified as they think they are.

This was also the problem- the focus was on MONEY. Athletes and entertainers make boatloads of money, but there’s a segment of society that is unimpressed by people who make a living that way, instead of pursuing more intellectual pursuits.

Character and moral compass are two very important things that aren’t taken into consideration when speaking about “HVM”.

But really- this is about money, class and status.
Women want to be taken care of, which means man w/money.
But there are plenty of those.
If you understand status and class you understand why certain women aim for the politicians, business men, tech bros, medical professionals, etc and not the successful dopeboys, rappers, and popular athletes

Again- this is why these convos shouldn’t even be happening in the public square because when you are raised to look for certain traits in a young man or woman, your family doesn’t focus on just finding someone rich or just finding someone with a pretty face.

I have no issues approaching but they never approach soberly

Maybe it’s cause Toronto is the screw face capital lol

I don't drink or entertain drunken women

Toronto is a tough market. There are a lot of Carribean women there and they generally don't approach. Neither do African women

As an adult I always look back and say that I hated the schools I attended, but my parents made good decisions. I’ve had men of all races literally change their posture when I list the prep schools I attended (before mentioning my university). It does start young.

And…I will say all of my girls were raised to cook and clean, keep house. But you had to have an education and put it to use as well. And everyone can afford help as well, so 🤷🏾‍♀️ Never a reason to have a messy home.

But I won’t even front- the young ones in my family who are in HS are better. Baking from scratch from like 12. I was like “hold up, how come you didn’t teach me any of that?!” They are literally perfect girls. Even if their parents don’t understand, it’s my personal mission to ensure they align themselves with the absolute best young men Lmao

As for the size thing…as long as I’m a tight 6, I’m ok. But 2-4 is definitely achieving the look. I can admit that. I just ain’t doing it LOL I noticed that if I maintained a 6, the world was such a friendly, amazing place 😆
It’s a shame, but it is what it is. People are shallow. 🤷🏾‍♀️

But naw, BBW ain’t where it’s at… I mean obviously after marriage and kids that’s a lady’s business— any woman has to understand it can be challenging to maintain the before baby body.
But trying to get that kinda guy walking through the door with the extra weight…no. My fam was straight up: “you aren’t getting the man you want if you’re overweight”.

Shyt I mentioned I was on a flight with my uncle and he was like “don’t ever let yourself get overweight. It will be too challenging to travel”. Lmao

As an example, I’ll just say I attended an event a few weeks ago and it was kinda messed up, but the guys were literally talking about the size of some of the women/dates at the function. I was like “Gotd@mn really?!” And they were even discussing it with older women later :snoop:

But in comparison, I was getting mad love about how great I looked. Someone was even like “yep, just like her mom. That’s how she looked when she was younger” (which, as I’ve stated a few times on here- my mom is a TRIP, but no one denies how fab she was when she was younger).
But everyone I’m down with has maintained a healthy weight, even after kids. Ionno. Just has to be done 🤷🏾‍♀️
