They just repeat it because they hear other women say it.

Ultimately, being “loved correctly” is specific to the individual person. Every person has their own love language. You could be pouring it on, but still loving incorrectly if you aren’t addressing the person’s love language.

its a subjective claim that can never be satisfied. Its used so they can always have an out the same way “abuse” gets tosses around yet there are never police reports

I agree. It’s an easy out. Because most women do not state what their love languages are. They just expect the man to know!

It’s another piece of the entitlement pie that they offer up!

I also agree with the never satisfied piece. One’s love languages are not static. They change over time.

So, being “loved correctly” is a moving target for a man if his woman isn’t being vocal.

Which is usually when the “I’m not happy” thoughts start popping up in her head! He’s still focusing on the old love languages he assumed she prioritizes when, in reality, she’s moved on to a new set of love languages in her mind.

He had an ig live where he was talking shyt about this girl who is 21 that said an adidas manager proposed to her.

I was like, he’s not a high value man, but I see nothing wrong with him working at adidas as a college student. I think he was at least.

He was probably telling her to aim higher if she was pretty and had no kids.
He was. In fact, he was expressing shock that the girl's father would even allow it and give his blessing. You dont send a pretty young girl you "raised to be a wife" into the care of a boy with poor prospects.

:patrice: I dont think he was in college.

She was iight. I’m just assuming he was in college. Basically don’t get married if the guy’s broke is what he’s tryna say lmao.

Ks just keeps talking about building so much, I’m surprised he talks down on men wanting to marry women to build with.

Who says that girl has prospects? I don’t remember what she said she was in school for.

He even got on women who said they can’t be with a dude making 40k.

So he does want women to get with men who have money.

No, he wants marriage-minded women to choose men who can actually support a family.

Until very recently, like the last few decades, the only ppl who could afford to get married like that, with both partners around the same age, already came from money. Bc your average man needed time to get his money up.

This is an example of anachronistic sauce. Women of the past may have tingled for their peers, but they knew the math literally didn't work. We look back and assume every instance of a historical marital age gap was the result of oppression, but those women were pragmatists and survivors.

Modern women argue otherwise, and have convinced men to go along, bc it gives them more time to play. And, possibly bc they dont really understand how much life costs (see: middle aged bw earning 70k, saddled with both student and consumer debt, thinking they can afford to retire alone).

Kevin Samuels shyts on brehs all the time if they ain't working towards being what he considers a 'HVM'. Now everyone can't be a 'HVM'. That is just the hard truth.

love languages is cute girlfriend/boyfriend stuff. The fact that people let it drive marriages which is an institution about legacy building is why we are losing.

But those same women complain about those men who can support a family to be too old.
:patrice::patrice:

I remember KS saying that men shouldn’t marry until 35, but these chicks in college or just out say that’s too old for them. Even got chicks online saying that relationships that last the longest are closer in age or maybe 5 years apart the oldest.

For some reason they really are against women marrying older men past 5 years.

This marriage shyt is something else.

:pachaha::pachaha:

I ain’t gonna lie though, I low-key didn’t like how KS and the chick clowned the adidas dude. Mad dudes don’t want to get married today and rather have baby mamas. And here you have this dude who wants to do the right thing and get married and gets clowned for it.

Get clowned for wanting to get married brehs.

I don’t remember the convo, but I don’t remember them saying how old dude was. If he’s in college there’s nothing wrong with working at adidas.

If he’s older, then I mean hey, I won’t judge him.

Totally agree. Marrying simply because of love is silly when you take a step back and think about it.

You can have love without marriage.

Marriage is about building a legacy, wealth and power.

But you can be competent and productive, that's the minimum he wants dudes to be. He advocates for the average earning man and has many times said not every man has to be HV.

Exactly. Women be like “we been together for 8 yrs but he wont marry me, he dont love me”

nah yall together because he loves you, yall not married because he doesnt think you are wife material.

this is something they will never understand so its not even really worth talking to them about it

I don't have the context, but yesterday I listened to the first show where he stated, "Every man doesn't need to be a 'high value man.'"

Without context for y'all's discussion, I'm going to assume that (whether it was a misunderstanding or not), he likely assumed dude was going to be bouncing from retail job to retail job, which essentially would just be wasting the young woman's time and likely leading to internalized resentment.

He suggests all the time women open up their options to average brehs who work in respectable fields, on track to be middle managers and such.
