Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
According to Nerd Wallet a $100k Income in Atlanta equals:
  • Manhattan: $245k
  • Brooklyn: $177k
  • Queens:145k
  • Newark-Elizabeth NJ-$120k
  • DMV-$157K
  • SF-$192k
  • Oakland-$154k
  • LA-$142k
  • Chicago-$117k
  • Philly-$106k
  • Baltimore-$108k
  • Dallas-$106k
  • Charlotte-$94k
  • Houston-$92k

The good thing about the three places under Manhattan is that you can get a Manhattan salary and live in those places since they close by.

One of the callers wanted a 300K man but said she wants to relocate south. Wouldn’t that make her search more harder?

He’s completely right about this topic tonight.

Black men are always held to a higher standard. White boy could be a cashier or a teacher and it’s all good. Black men gotta cure cancer, lift 1000lb weights, have all 6s, be a tastemaker, etc.

Social media has given most women a false sense of security with comparing themselves to others and the whole level up movement. To men level up is making yourself overall a better person to get higher quality women or just becoming better version of yourself. To many women it’s somehow trapping or finessing a rich dude. It’s never about the woman making herself a better version of herself from what I’ve witnessed.

He’s talking metro area. Outside of Baltimore is pretty nice and MD technically is a well off state.
I guess I’m just confused on what his criteria for Tiered cities are.

because if we’re going off wealthy metro areas, places like Detroit should be tier 2 then.
