Facts - that’s all it’s ever been. I notice this trend a lot by recent immigrants and the children of immigrants. This is a toxic fukking mindset that vilifies black men as if we created our image and are responsible for how society treats us.I dress up all the time but I don’t like this advice because why should I have to have a suit on to be treated like the average white man in flip flops and chino shorts? This is c00n shyt to deflect off of white supremacy. Do we have personal agency? Yes. Do I dress suited and booted? Yes.
