back in the day, KG, C-Webb, david robinson, and charles barkeley all had shoes with nike that cats were wearing in real life.

i'm not much of a sneaker guy, but if i could get one collection it'd easily be Barkley's. i've probably bought those the most outside of the foam & flightposite joints back in the day.

honest to god, i've never even tried on a pair of jordan's. :pacspit: :pacspit:

None of those shoes sold well.

Companies have always lost money of big men endorsing shoes.

I saw an article on it

Does Bron even have a deal like this? Seems like Nike only gives those kinda deals to golfers

A set of Nike golf clubs is like $300, hell I of the topline drivers alone runs $200. People buying Nike golf clubs and apparel are spending 2-3 times more than a hypebeast, golfer deals reflect.

I feel :flabbynsick: I'm only 21, yet I remind people that they're shoes are untied.
Little do I know that this is a trend :snoop:
:dwillhuh: I'm 34 my dude. nikkas ain't been tying their shoes since Run DMC and addidas. Hell probably even before that but that's as far back as I can vouch for.

And yes I know, I'm :flabbynsick:.

Do people actually buy those? Seems like people buy Nike golf apparel, but equipment from more traditional golf manufacturers

I wish Nike would retro the Fab Five Air Max Force again, I've been dying for a pair for the longest.:to:
2 of my boys waited in line and visited like 5 different stores to get them fab 5 huaraches they just brought back out last week, and neither of them nikkas wear gym shoes normally. They some ol' 'order the cheap shyt out of eastbay' type nikkas now. That nostalgia is a muthafukking motivator though.

Is that how much a set of Nike clubs running? That's ridiculously cheap for a set. I know they aren't a big name in clubs, but still I would imagine they gotta run more than that.

Man, I wanted a pair of those too!:krs: But I couldn't find them either and I give up on finding certain sneakers pretty quickly now , I just bought a pair of Air Raids instead. I had a pair of the Fab Five huarache anyway froma a release a few years back but not the OG colorway some white and yellow mess of a colorway but I bought them just the same.:ahh:

Yeah, it's always that ONE pair kicks that will bring out the worst in you, LMAO I know that feeling all to well.

One of em eventually got them and he got a pair for my other boy too. He actually found some his at a store here in Dallas that held them for him. My personal kryptonite are those Barry Sanders Zooms. I know they brought em back a couple years ago, but I couldn't bring myself to spend >$100 on some gym shoes then. I've relaxed on that stance since then and will probably get a pair next time I see them.
