Historically isnt my point anyways. It's 2015. There are 2x as many Hispanics as there are Blacks. Hispanics fly under the radar whereas every week the media is putting some type of National Spotlight on Blacks. There's an agenda there. Maybe in Canada, your media is more genuine.
