Hes better then KRIT production wise, flow wise and lyrically. Sorry. Show me the best verse krit ever spit and ill show you 5 from K dot that are better.Me either. Felt the same way about Section 80 and people gassed that up to no ends. I like some of his songs, but the hype surrounding Kendrick is ridiculous and causes people to say absolutely ludicrous things.

Did everyone forget about Big K.R.I.T.? No way this kid's album is better than K.R.I.T.'s debut and he's not touching him as an artist.
The production on this was terrific though. Would love to hear a better artist over these beats.

i was actually expecting the KRIT album to be better than the Kendrick. KRIT album kinda dissapointed me while i can't stop listening to the kendrick. first listen i was feeling it but thought you guys were overrating it (although i skimmed through it the first time). but just like Section 80, it really grew on me.
KRIT album i sincerely tried to like cause i wanted to like it. KRIT wuz Here and R4 are two of my favs in the last few years but LFTU was ehhh...i feel like he dropped the ball and it's really too bad. either way, i wish them both success cause they're both talented but LFTU vs GKMC, to me kendrick takes it and it's not even close.
like i said I still have R.A.P. Music as album of the year but GKMC might take that spot pretty soon as far as i'm concerned. Two very cohesive albums. I think sonically GKMC is better but the Killer Mike album, Mike was in a zone...and production wise it felt fresh as fukk too. both albums went a little left production wise while still managing to have a strong hip hop vibe. Maybe they can't be compared cause they're different types of albums. might give Kendrick the edge just cause of the mixing (it' that close...)

I'm a huge KRIT Stan but his debut was weak outside a few songs compared to his mixtapes. This album is on a completely different level.

Ok listen to the entire GKMC album. The entire album is a goat verse.
I have heard the album and I like it. But I hear no "amazing" "hiphop savior" "better than nas" "goat verse" lyrics. Dude is all flow with some pretty basic lyrics, and he's usually just rambling on and not saying much of anything.
