jazz musiciand and artist sadmit its one of the best composed albums ever... anot to mention it influenced David Bowie and herbie hancock + more

Tpab is rightfully a top 10 album ever across all genres.

I think budden is right, all bias and personal taste aside, Tpab and gkmc are undeniably classic...but s80? nop,. It can become a classic, but only time will tell. RIGHT now, kendrick only has 2

tbh tpab and gkmc were for different audiences, but at this point tpab is one of the consensus best albums of the decade.

Also, music lovers fukk with tpab far more than gkmc, gkmc is just being acclaiemd by rap fans

Tpab is the greatest album of the 21st century. Its that good.

Same, tpab is one of my top 5 favorite albums ever, in any genre. I'm still not that big on gkmc...tpab is fukking impressive musically speaking...you can tell kendrick successfully went back to almost every stage of black music since the late 50s. Gkmc though, its just a traditional album, if I wanted to hear a goat album, I'd listen to reasonable doubt or illmatic

an album being better than a classic doesn't make it classic. S80 doesn't have the HUGE acclaim tpab gets, it didn't have its influence on the west coast jazz, and its not big enough, I'm sure most mainstream fans don't even know kendrick was making music before gkmc

I fukk with Kendrick and i agree he is dope. I bought all his projects. But TPAB is not a classic breh.

Next time you kickin it with someone who says they like TPAB or say its a classic, pull out your phone randomly and tell em to spit 2 lines from each song then post the video on here. Bet they can't do it. They just dikkridin breh.

It's a masterpiece period. You'll have a hard time seeing someone who knows what hes talking about saying the album isn't a masterpiece...specially non hip hop fans. Tpab is probably the most acclaimed album of this decade (after mbdtf) by non rap fans

Tbh I was listening to tpab earlier today and its crazy how this shyt gets better with every listen..this is as close to a perfect album as you can get.
