jazz musiciand and artist sadmit its one of the best composed albums ever... anot to mention it influenced David Bowie and herbie hancock + more
Tpab is actually being praised for being a bigger classic than gkmc.

tbh tpab and gkmc were for different audiences, but at this point tpab is one of the consensus best albums of the decade.
Also, music lovers fukk with tpab far more than gkmc, gkmc is just being acclaiemd by rap fans

I'm excited about this album because I'm a casual Kendrick fan. I enjoy his music, have enjoyed his last 3 projects a lot, but I don't sit around and watch the clock for it. So I really have no expectations for this to be dope or wack. If it's dope then I just luck out and get an album I wasn't expecting to get this Friday. Plus it's always fun to see big album discussions on this forum, and it seems like that doesn't happen very often. Kendrick is probably one of the only hip-hop artists anymore where it seems like an event when the album drops, so for that alone it should be a fun weekend.
S80 definitely a classic
That album opened Kendrick many doors and everybody started paying attention after S80
I do, and even my friends who don't like tpab stil ladmit its one of the best albums they have ever heard.

reminds me of what Kno said, he doesn't like tpab, he prefers gkmc, but still admits tpab is the better album

That's what I seem to see. Hardcore kendrick fans feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the consensus something like TPAB is an amazing album, but one that isn't as "easy listening" as S.80 or GKMC?
