There's stuttering on the PC side, from what I hear. Also, if you're playing in Performance mode, you'll probably notice the frame rate drop as the cut scenes are in 30 fps.

They’re in 24fps according to one of the pc test, which is standard for animation

Yeah, I was going to mention that it was possibly even 24 fps, but I didn't have confirmation.
