Can Susan Collins come out already and say she is voting yes so people can stop acting like she is someone who will stand up for women. She is one of the more disappointing ass white women there is. She could demand a FBI investigation for her yes vote and she won't even do that. Get this shyt on with. Dems need to win the presidency in 2020 and get control of both houses. They need either impeach him after the order the FBI to investigate or add another Justice or two to the bench. You can't continue to be the party of purity (and neither can our voters) while you're dealing with thugs who want to literally control you.

The Senate is a long shot anyway (can a Dem really win in Texas?) but even if the Dems take the Senate it's hard for me imagining them getting enough Republicans on board to impeach anyone. To be honest the most realistic best-case scenario is probably to obstruct Trump for the rest of his term.
Right wingers, online, are more vocal and also more organized unfortunately on certain platforms. Also they are more toxic which is part of it.
They flood sites, sometimes its coordinated by sites like ****** and right-wing subreddits so they basically drown out in unison any opposing viewpoints. Secondly, given they are very fukking toxic most of the time, most people don't have the energy or desire to get into it with them so the just remove themselves from the conversation or don't even bother responding. You have situations where people post an opposing opinion and then 100+ people are responding to them calling them all sorts of names and just essentially bullying them. Its no wonder why normal people don't want any parts of that headache.
