And the folks before him mentioned that when they don't stream for a day or two, their subs fall off a cliff.

Rather be a YouTuber.
That nikka corey different though he'll be gone 5-6 months come back drop a video and it'll do 1M out the gate...

Just saw IGN hating. They never do this about others.

Anyway, I wonder if Kai started a new trend because I can easily see gaming companies sending their games to streamers, so they can do marathon streams. I think this helped Elden Ring a lot because my friends that don't play these type of games were asking me about Elden Ring

Game companies been giving streamers copies of their games for sponsorship purposes. I know Tekken and Ubisoft sponsored two of RDC’s streams. But Kai is doing something new bro is going all out. With the costumes, skits, set designs, and marathons. I definitely see more streamers biting his wave.

Yeah, you have to respect his hustle because he def goes beyond what the regular streamer does.

What morons.

Now the newer generation "getting older" and losing touch.

Kai Cenat now represents the youth culture and they basically pissed them off. Not the way you want to keep your business and platform going.

Didn't they have layoffs already? Now people working there can blame whichever dumbass wrote that tweet for making IGN's revenue less than it already is.

Probably streamers at IGN wondering why theyre not taking off and trying to moralize it while hiding behind alphabet flags. Sad

It's entertaining to some. I'm sure they play too.

Why watch people play sports instead of doing it yourself?
That's the dumbest fukking retort I've ever read.

Videogames are an active form of entertainment. Watching a stream is passive.

You would have been better off comparing to porn instead of professional sports.

I could see this becoming a new trend. Like speed runs.
