I KNEW TRUMP would play into his lawsuit. This is where it gets interesting. Jerry Jones and other owners will have to disclose their conversations with Trump and his opinion/influence on the situation. Jerry is ON RECORD, discussing his convos with Trump, made him take his stance. They will make Jerry and other owners testify under oath. This will be a nightmare. And I believe Kaep probably has gotten access to some emails, that will make this uncomfortable for owners who DO NOT want to be deposed under oath. Very interesting.

This is exactly what Kap wants. Exposing racist owners and the league. He knew he had very little chance of playing again last yr so I don’t think his angle is to try and play again. Either way I support him 100%

I support anything Kaepernick chooses to do, but I won't be naive to believe in a racist judicial system that'll protect the NFL IN all costs is going to going to remotely side otherwise for Kaepernick. The NFL has handled this so poorly. Instead of blackballing him they should have put him on some team in a liberal city that isn't doing well attendance wise (Rams would be perfect) and maybe pay that team extra. Then they should have went to the Networks and told them to stop talking about it and don't show players kneeling (kind of like when a streaker runs on the field they don't show it).

Yup you see it. From a pure strategy standpoint I don't see how the NFL doesn't understand that the quickest way to end a protest is to appease the offended parties. They do it every other time. If someone gets a domestic battery charge they know they gotta suspend the player before the story becomes a distraction. Yet here we are.

Hell Kaep even said he'd stand for the anthem if he played this year. Seems to me like a bunch of rich old white men got too caught up in their emotions and now they are gonna suffer for it.
