Lots of cac00ning going on in this thread :snoop: anyways...
I still don't see his case but good luck too him
Here's his case, just a couple years ago he lead a team to a dropped pass away from winning a Superbowl. Once the coach left, the team fell apart but Kap still had decent numbers in spite of the rest of the team failing. He opts out of his last year so at this point a bidding war for his services should have happened. Instead, not a single call for a try out.

What part of the story so far are you remotely confused about :dwillhuh:
It'll be next to a miracle for him to win. All the chips are placed against him:

1. He wasn't released from a team he left on his own.
2. Each franchise is privately owned.
3. Not only the NFL are still allowing players to protest, they used Kaepernick's protest as a rallying cry for unity against Trump.
4. No other player was punished, blackballed from the league for supporting and/protesting.

There's no way in hell Kaepernick can prove collusion. It would mean all 32 owners talked among each other and conspired together to blackball. Good luck, but this is out of pure desperation now.
You didn't make a single point there. You want to judge collusion based on other players :stop: his play speaks for itself, he didn't get a try out. No rational person can sit here and say there wasn't collusion. You the type to vote for trump if you believe Kappernick isn't good enough. It would be like saying Philip Rivers isn't good enough to get a tryout. We all know that's a lie, well he's less accomplished than Kap. So is 75% of the starters in the league, let's stop spreading lies of the bluest eye :francis:
how are they even gonna prove that he was blackballed?
By pointing a finger at the obvious. A better question is how can the NFL prove it isn't, you know :hula: since it is
Great points. I'll just add that Kaep too was allowed to protest while he played his last season with the 49ers. Also Kaep's girl insulting the Raven's owner while he was 'allegedly' about to sign with them. Believing there is collusion and having proof of it are two entirely different things, which is why I think this is more of a stunt than actual case.
The only stunt was the ravens acting like they give a damn about anything. They paid Joe, he's not delivering, Kappernick would take his job. Baltimore is ready for that but not the owners. So enjoy being a shytty team that sucks because they pick personnel based on the approval of white supremacy...
Is this true? Wtf

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven

looks fukking amazing.. and i'm dead serious. don't get me wrong, i been a 49ers fan since the 80s. kap jersey was ordered after his first preseason. i been riding with my man this whole way. it's just a hard case to prove. i don't want us thinking it's bout to be over. nah we still gotta keep riding for him

i do admit that the way he's attacking things are totally different. going at the cba and not even including his union. seems like they are going unconventional and trying to catch them off guard. i pray it works for real.

49ers..Braves..Celtics
this shyt is retardedly hard to prove... it's not guess work.. you either have PROOF or not.. b

I'm pretty sure his lawyer knows all of this and he will try to prove it. We don't know what they have or what will be obtained. You saying it's "difficult", yes it is but it's not like this lawyer was born and graduated last night. He will look into everything.

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Kaepernick wants to trigger termination of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Article 69, Section 2 of the CBA allows for the agreement to be terminated prematurely in the event of proof of collusion. Under Article 17, Section 16(c) of the CBA, termination can arise from only one incident of collusion involving only one player if there is clear and convincing evidence of a violation.

The ramifications would be enormous, and historical. Kaepernick could give all players a tremendous piece of leverage, moving up the expiration of the contract by more than three years and forcing the owners back to the bargaining table.
