This is the moment I've been waiting for. The lawyer that took his case most likely isn't taking it without some sort of solid case. He's a bit of a front runner and a "celeb lawyer", but he gets results. If I was a betting man I'd say it's a combination of a front office mole/informant (presumably someone from Seattle's FO) and the fact that they've chosen to not even bring him in for workouts over much worse and inexperienced quarterbacks. If they get caught deleting information relevant to the case, and I bet they're not smart enough to not send emails/texts about it, then it's only going to fukk them further in the eyes of the court. The only mainstream companies that ever really deletes information now is twitter when racist trolls delete their accounts and snapchat. They're probably arrogant enough to have a written record of the meeting where they decided to say Kaep's not even getting a workout.

Negativity (Kayfabe)
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Kaepernick wants to trigger termination of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Article 69, Section 2 of the CBA allows for the agreement to be terminated prematurely in the event of proof of collusion. Under Article 17, Section 16(c) of the CBA, termination can arise from only one incident of collusion involving only one player if there is clear and convincing evidence of a violation.

:damn:

Kaep, I hope you got the Fruit of Islam on call.

You about to make a lot of old white men angry, for real this time.

Didn’t he voluntarily opt out of a contract earlier this year?

He would be in the nfl right now if he didn’t opt out....on his own.

I wonder how that would factor in to this case.

Also, let’s get specific, what teams would be a realistic fit for him, and what are their qb situations like?

Cuz, he’s not even wouldn’t be better than at least 20 other qbs

Can we take emotions out of this argument for a minute?

What teams should even take him and why?

Cuz these are the things that will get brought up in court. And they need to prove that he would be a better fit then what those teams got.

He opted out and restructed because if not, the 49ers WERE NOT going to play him. @JLova can shed more light on this if he chooses to do so.

i"m assuming he decided to restructure so he could play and "audition" himself to other teams to prove he still was good enough to play.

To the bolded....really?!?!?!?!?! As a Jags fan i'm assuming you HAVEN'T watched a minute of Blake Bortles this year

Some people aren't even worth a response. I'd take Kaep off the street with no knowledge of the playbook over Bortles.
