I KNEW TRUMP would play into his lawsuit. This is where it gets interesting. Jerry Jones and other owners will have to disclose their conversations with Trump and his opinion/influence on the situation. Jerry is ON RECORD, discussing his convos with Trump, made him take his stance. They will make Jerry and other owners testify under oath. This will be a nightmare. And I believe Kaep probably has gotten access to some emails, that will make this uncomfortable for owners who DO NOT want to be deposed under oath. Very interesting.

Understand these are privately owned franchises and like with any job, an employer call up your references to find out if the applicant is suitable for the position. So on owner talking to another over whether or not to sign Kaepernick isn't enough. It HAS to be a total conspiracy by the NFL as a whole. This is what he filed grievance against. and as some owners spoke, they didn't need to be told not to sign Kaepernick. They weren't looking to sign him anyway for various reasons.
