I'm against spoilers but it wasn't technically a spoiler. Graham Yost (creator of "Justified") mentioned it in an interview. You were never supposed to think Billy survived, so at people saying he's dead.

Took me gettin up to season 2 for me to get in to it. Im hooked now. Boyd is the shyt. Rayland swag is untouchable. Dude takes L's dusts hat off and keeps it movin.

i wouldnt say its the best episode of the season or anything but it was solid. It doesnt seem like there is enough going on so far tho. I know they are building up the story about that guy that dies in the parachute but I want to see more big bads for Boyd and Raylan to fight. Like they had in season 2 with Mag and season 3 with the gay guy and the black dude.

I think it's good that they have (so far) put a bit more focused on the characters that have been around. Boyd and Duffy are about to finally clash., plus we see a bit more character development for Rachel this season.. who looks like she is starting to become a loose cannon.
