Ok ep
Came here to say this. Her voice is like nails on a chalkboardHis daughter is so unlikeable.
I actually enjoy the recapsTake this nonsense to another thread
We all know Loretta is Rayland's real daughterEp was worth it alone just to get the daughter outta here
I think it fits because outside of the major cities in MI its pretty rural and farmland ish.Not that into this show. And I think the issue is that the other Justified committed to the full country redneck bit and this tries to mix that with the city culture of Detroit. And it doesn't mesh well.
Full Circle with Olyphant by contrast seems moderately better.

I hear you on this...but it also took a while for the OG show to find it's footing. That first season was rough. After 3 episodes I can safely say the OG series had much better writing. It was also full of brilliant characters as well in my opinion.
Everybody was interesting. Even one off characters made you like them.
This is missing that to me. Especially since I rewatched the OG in anticipation of this dropping.
Also the daughter is terrible. No redeeming qualities so far.

Nah you trippin. Boyd Crowder was a star as soon as he debut. He just blew everyone else off the screen in every scene. Him and Raylen played off of one another wonderfully and it felt like they actually knew each other their whole life. This villain is just trash. He's not even smart with his crimes and just hiding behind his lawyer. Boyd was way too smart and had me cheering for him and actually pissed at Raylen more than a few times.I hear you on this...but it also took a while for the OG show to find it's footing.
