The non-canon Great Darkness Saga. And I'll amend what I said; no version of Darkseid written since 1986 outside of a Grant Morrison story is effortlessly beating Thanos, as I don't think that regular Thanos can match the version how took out the Anti-Monitor during the Crisis, either.

From what I read, it was out of continuity when it was written, but given that it was an older, weaker Darkseid in that story, that is saying something.

Post Crisis did a number on the New Gods as a whole, but i feel that the New 52 and Rebirth have kind of brought Darkseid back to what he is supposed to be. He certainly looks better than the version who was nearly killed by Doomsday and was beaten to a pulp by Superman.

Because he caused this it lead to Darkseid popping up and leading to this exact horrific outcome. Barry had to run to reset the timeline again

Oh I got you now. I forgot In a post-credits scene of the flashpoint paradox movie, a Boom Tube opens in space above Earth and a horde of Parademons emerges, foreshadowing Justice League: War. That explains that.

As said countless times why don't the guys at the animated division get the keys for the live action, seems like the studio heads at Warner don't even pay any attention to their animated releases only rationale for their continue mediocrity when developing live action movies.

But yeah this was one of the best comic genre movies I've seen.

How in the hell is Marvel more popular in movies than DC? The DC animated series have been next level for over 20 years.

As said countless times why don't the guys at the animated division get the keys for the live action, seems like the studio heads at Warner don't even pay any attention to their animated releases only rationale for their continue mediocrity when developing live action movies.

But yeah this was one of the best comic genre movies I've seen.

The suites can't be that dumb. There has to be a disconnect between how we view these things and how they view these things and you know what I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt, because I refuse to believe these suites getting paid hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars, can't see what people who don't even work for the company see. So maybe it's a budget issue? Maybe killing of The Lantern Core just doesn't make sense or turning Wonder woman into a robot or killing a couple of well known characters off doesn't make sense. I refuse to believe its something as simple as well they make cartoons and we make movies.

Simple, Marvel had a plan. DC didn't. It's telling. The second movie in the DC Universe was Batman v Superman, They shyt just didn't seem organic. Also they fukked up trying to make man of steel in a similar vain of the previous batman trilogy. Superman should have always been fun, family friendly, Truth, Justice, and the American way type shyt. Instead they tried to make that shyt dark. I got roasted for saying that on the coli, but looked how Justice League turned out. they threw that Snyder shyt in the bushes and tried to make it a fun type Avengers film.

This is a very good point, DC never really took the time to build the DC universe coherently and cohesively.

Sort of smashed everything together in an algorithm of what can make the most money the quickest.
