Your broad loves me.....
Deadlifts are overrated. Squats and barbell rows are just fine.
why the fukk do that shyt if you're past the age of college sports the average dude has ZERO need to be deadlifting
cardio, arms, chest, some shoulders is enough for me :jayhub:
the fukk does the average dude need to deadlift for, to the point that they hurt themselves? This might be the worst post of 2019.

im the definition of a casual lifter thats enough for meI think its more the part about only training arms, chest & shoulders thats questionable.

i'm 30 dead lifting 485 (and thats only cuz I had to start over early last year after i got shin splints from running a lot, I was at 545)
my body reminding me I'm 30. Enjoy your youth young brehs.
I just added deadlifts to my workout and my lower back gets really sore (but only lasts about a day).
Is this common and my lower back is just a weak area or does my form need to improve?
Lifting to failure on Deads is just foolish programming. Don’t blame the movement blame the person implementing them down a path of injury.Won't give my age but I'm 6'4 230 at 12% body fat...
Never done a deadlift in my life, I always considered that shyt something nikkas that can't squat serious weight turn to...
Its guaranteed to fukk up your lower back regardless of form, all it takes is one bad rep and if you lift to failure you are guaranteed to have that one bad rep...
