Truth. I just seen dudes talking about you're wasting your time in the gym if you don't squat or deadlift.
Indeed

I think a lot of dudes complain about not hitting certain goals and sometimes they don’t squat. In that case when compound movements are being incorporated and you aren’t making progress..........

I actually haven't been doing deadlifts that much lately. I've been doing more rack pulls just because I'm lazy. :manny:

Plus with my current split I don't want to be doing too many taxing heavy compounds.
