You gonna have to use a trap bar if you hurting from deads, might have to do some accessory work before you hit them again. Trap bar might help but lighten the load.

Brehs talkin about they don't deadlift or squat :why:

Yeah I was overreaching I had been maxing every workout (I deadlift weekly) but instead of putting 5 on each side I put 25 on I wanted to see if I could pull it....So the mix of the overreaching and me trying to pull it fast fukked me up for a little minute.
