It happens to the best of us...But you know just like me when I hurt mines I was overreaching for weight and lost concentration on my form heard that pop and was not able to bend over for a week and my body would start shaking as I went up and down steps for 2 weeks...Took about 1 month to get back to full flexibility but mentally I lost about 70 lbs on my deadlift. Just finally got everything going again and decided to rebuild my form and start over.
I hurt my back in September and it’s january now just to get normal feeling and confidence in my lower back again.
If you aren’t squatting, deadlifting, benching, And over head pressing I don’t see any reason to be in the gym.
