Yeah you have to give her a counter balance. Realize kids minds are not fully developed so they don't research, they dont often times think when they speak and they think they know and understand everything.

So you have to break it down to her. Also it don't help that these kids base life on what they see on tv, social media, YouTube, movies and what their friends say.

90% what they see and hear are lies and they don't understand that.

I say get her some mentors as well. You can find some who are maybe in college or professionals. All children need mentors whether they are men or women.

Women always have it harder because everything in western society is based on beauty when it comes to self worth. If a woman isn't pretty or young she is considered worthless by societies sexist standards.

That is also why a fat white women are some of the most desperate and depressed women out there. Hell men even talk about how a fat white woman will take a bullet literally for a man that ain't worth a dime.

Awww, I feel so bad for your sis op. Middle school is the worst time of anyone's life. Some of those kids are straight demons, man. shyt, I was one myself. My advice is to get her out of there asap! Cheer her up by taking her to go see a movie, (prehaps Suicide Squad she'll love it), out to a frozen yogurt spot, or just walking outside and talking to her to help clear her mind. Teach her about Black history. Teach her about Malcom x, Martin Luther King, watch Black movies. Cheer her up and strengthen her from the inside out. It's not new. Black men like to tell women to "comb their hair" or "get their hair done". Black people do not like natural hair unless it's an acceptable length and texture/style Black males, in my experience, are colors struck to insane levels, but a lightskin girl is a prize enough for most, but lthe black men that grow up in these nonblack neighborhoods or attend nonblack schools DO NOT deal with black girls at all. If she's actually liteskin and going to an all black school her confidence in her appearance will be restored soon enough. It will just be the girls that are jealous and mean this time does she not have a female cousin around her age that she can be friends with or hang out with?

Unfortunately that school situation is going to mess her up mentally for a few years. Just hope she doesn't go on a "having a white boy will prove I'm really attractive " phase.
