Just got back in from the club in Chicago....here's why nikkas are losing

And you only see mostly white people eating there.

Yea I posted about that earlier in the thread, mr Rickey's and secrets was owned by black people and we chose to act a fool in these establishments but we respect cac establishments in Chicago

I'm talking constant shootings, murders, fights, etc... But in the white mans club it's all gucci

man, I was just at my boy's crib on monday, and he was talkin bout goin down there. he's a regular club goer still, but this is one of the spots he frequents

kinda sad, cuz he will be not having $100 to his name or money to get a basic repair done to his vehicle, but was already talking about getting bottle service and VIP access at the spot.

How do you kick it with people like that?

And here is the problem, we cant even have confidence in ourselves so it's a constant one step forward, two steps backward type of thing and that's what needs to stop

It's knowing the people we've been around. It's one thing to be "pro black" and it's another to be ignorant to reality. Can a group of blacks have a good time in the same place? Yes. Does it happen? Yes. In our minority neighborhoods including Latinos gun violence is usually the end result of altercations. White areas, Indian areas, Asian areas that's not an issue.

You invest your money on property, product, licensing, staff and everything involved in opening said establishment and one small altercation involving the people your trying to provide for can cost you to lose all of that. Knowing what we know about our city of Chicago it's not a matter of if but when.

the other is fifth avenue in Royal Oak, MI, which is an all white staff except for security and is a bar for white people44

I've been saying something similar for a minute...everybody is on that "buying black" "group economics" tip...while I understand the concept, I've always said that black people need to get money in other people's neighborhoods and then bring that wealth back...

Of course. Other people probably make no money off their own but off us instead. We do need to have multiple revenue streams but we also need to do it by stealth.

So I'm working personal security at club shrine. It's a packed house full of our people, athletes and couple of other hood celebrities paying out the ass for vip and bottle service, pictures of Fela Kuti and other black icons on the walls, etc... Everybody's cool, the women are looking good, nikkas drinking and chilling but here's the catch: The owner is white as rice, there's cac cops outside yelling and talking to people like children, bartenders and management were primarily cac.

Now this isn't a dig to nikkas that want to go kick it and have fun on a Saturday night but how in the entire hell is this even possible? Could we as black people start a white themed bar / club with primarily black staff in a white area and have success? Could whites do the same with Asians or Mexicans and have success? I'm asking seriously because maybe there are other examples of this somewhere where their big spenders are cashing out spots owned by other races. Meanwhile the couple of black owned spots that do try to open up shop are closed because of regular violence or other shyt that causes them to lose their liquor license but at the white mans house we know how to act

Like I said, this isn't a dig to anyone but i see the same shyt with us in our own areas we live in. nikkas will litter and fukk up our own areas but let some blacks go live in some white areas then it's a totally different story.

How can this mentality change and what can be done about it?

i'd say that it starts with the artists, athletes & hood celebrities.

Man here in LA alot of these spots start off 'white' and then once the new spots open up nearby and the competition revs up only then will they entertain the ideal of having a "hip hop-black-latino-asian" night or nights on their schedule if they're trying to stay relevant and afloat. My boy who throws parties used to have a asian chick as his front when he went to peep a new spot to throw something. Lot of those club owners are on race sh*t

Ive spoken on it many times before but i used to own a club.....easiest way to control the race of the clientele apart from location is the promoters you use and the music policy....

from my personal point of view anyone who complains there is a problem with blacks not owning enough businesses but at the same time is waiting for someone else to address the problem is part of the problem
