Just got back in from the club in Chicago....here's why nikkas are losing

Shrine is in the hood idk how more doesn't happen there. The couple times I've been its been ok no issues.

Black owned business cater to blacks who want to be apart of there community and that's where all the ignorance lies. You infuse liquor with ignorance and it's bound to be a bad night. The black owned businesses like these should really pay more for security to insure there places are safe. My brother constantly tries to get me to invest in a sports bar in the "hood" but I'm not really interested one reason being dealing with the people.

And here is the problem, we cant even have confidence in ourselves so it's a constant one step forward, two steps backward type of thing and that's what needs to stop

It also has to do with expectations and who you cater too. Many times when we open a club we already expect to cater to the hood. While white establishments go into business expecting to cater to upper class.

I can say that in my city, I really don't know who owns what spot. Trouble at these venues depends upon the crowd and even the dj. There's certain djs ghat bring trouble where ever they host. It's the music they spend and the noise they chat on the mic.

There is a black owned club here, reggae, that plenty of white people have attended. Reason being...there's not usually any fights there. They don't have to worry about being assaulted or targeted because the vibe is cool. It's all about atmosphere and location. If a black person owned a nice club in an area where they party, they will attend. They just have to feel safe. Can't be in there and blacks looking at them like they're food lol.

It really depends on the location and how big the population and how much security there is. I go to a lot of black clubs. Police at the front, a pat down out the door usually ensures no sheet will pop off BUT if there is no police officers and just a pat down, reckless nikkas will act reckless. There are plenty of black owned spots in ATL that draws a professional or working black crowd with no issues. It is the ones in the middle of a grimy ass hoods that you got to avoid as reckless hood nikkahs pride rests on violent they can get.

there are a few successful black businesses catering to whites and other minorities that i know of and the thing they have in common (just like any other successful business) is good product and or service. it's that simple

The black owner would be tremendously savvy an extemely quiet with his ownership. He would have to hire mostly whites or near white people. He would need a white wife or girlfriend to be the face of the place. The whole thing would be as fragile as a deck of cards.

All he would have to do is be lowkey, savvy and delegate. . If it takes ass-kissing to succeed in business, then so be it. Running a business in a white American area is certainly possible. Put the right faces in the right places and market the right services to the right people. Integrate unifying factors like patriotism, football, women, etc could make a successful bar. After all,These things make Americans feel as one and put less of an emphasis on aggression and division.

Glad you highlighted this because we often over look it.

How are you going to combat white supremacy when you lend it credence and superiority by attending it's institutions? Institutions that give a white wash on society. Institutions that push their flawed science on you as if they know all the answers.

When you enter and graduate these institutions, chances are you have been white washed. Some make it through and maintain integrity, but many give in and begin to worship white supremacy.

Good drop but how does one go about educating children/oneself without the using acredited circulum

So I'm working personal security at club shrine. It's a packed house full of our people, athletes and couple of other hood celebrities paying out the ass for vip and bottle service, pictures of Fela Kuti and other black icons on the walls, etc... Everybody's cool, the women are looking good, nikkas drinking and chilling but here's the catch: The owner is white as rice, there's cac cops outside yelling and talking to people like children, bartenders and management were primarily cac.

Now this isn't a dig to nikkas that want to go kick it and have fun on a Saturday night but how in the entire hell is this even possible? Could we as black people start a white themed bar / club with primarily black staff in a white area and have success? Could whites do the same with Asians or Mexicans and have success? I'm asking seriously because maybe there are other examples of this somewhere where their big spenders are cashing out spots owned by other races. Meanwhile the couple of black owned spots that do try to open up shop are closed because of regular violence or other shyt that causes them to lose their liquor license but at the white mans house we know how to act

Like I said, this isn't a dig to anyone but i see the same shyt with us in our own areas we live in. nikkas will litter and fukk up our own areas but let some blacks go live in some white areas then it's a totally different story.

How can this mentality change and what can be done about it?

I've been saying something similar for a minute...everybody is on that "buying black" "group economics" tip...while I understand the concept, I've always said that black people need to get money in other people's neighborhoods and then bring that wealth back...

I think Black people need to give up non-constructive nightlife for a generation or two.

Strictly live events, conventions, seminars, etc. for Black people after dark.

Don't matter how is that starting a business that will help the community since we are losing so? That's my point most people have stuff popping speaking on everybody else why aren't you doing what you speak on? That's my point to you and others when I hear this stuff. Its just much better to hear it from those who are doing what they speak on than dreamers even if I agree.
