Started this again Sept 1st
Day 6 today and already feelin like Jesus again
Thinking about trying fasting too. This video was hella informative and has me interested and doing more research
I've been doing intermittent fasting for almost a year now. It's a lifechanger I have some days I only eat one meal, waking up during a 24 hour fast is amazing. More clarity, focus, it's way better than being overfed, which is the default in modern western society.
Had a few drinks last night after not drinking in weeks and was throwing up all morning
definitely doing this.
