Im literally doing it right now. Man i cant get past 3. nikka be busy n thats a lot of drinking
so just no honey in my tea challenge is more doable, now just hope none of my heavy drinking friends has a birthday party in january, let's do thisUnsweetened is totally fine

Edit:4.5 liters =1gallonIm literally doing it right now. Man i cant get past 3. nikka be busy n thats a lot of drinking
What I did last time was have a 0.5 liter glass/pitcher, when I woke up I tried to drink it whole before hitting the shower etc, then do it again during breakfast. Just taking that glass for lunch and dinner too takes you almost half way already. I just plan it around work and commuting (I work in elderly care with a different shift every day) and try not to spread it in a way that keeps me running from bathroom break to bathroom break. Working out works great too, easy to drink more during and after.Edit:4.5 liters =1gallon
