Tim v Dre which leads to the release of Chairmen of the Boards
...if only
just started but the fatal flaw for this...it shouldve been in a small club with civilians like the Mannie Fresh vs KLC battle...i feel what Swizz was saying when Just played his first joint and it was crickets..too cool for school shyt.
what some may think have given swizz the edge is that most of his songs were party tracks or hard a...street songs. no inbetween. nothing less. hard street or club bangers.I enjoyed the way how Swizz was flipping Busta's Tear Da Roof Off and Kiss Who's Real. He was definitely treating this kinda like a DJ battle, and I felt that gave him the edge.
i like their jointsBreh every single one of their colabs is forgettable. General is one of Nas worst songs ever. They don't have very good chemistry because Swizz Beatz production is very energetic and braggadocious and nas' style doesn't speak to that.
aint nobody under 28 going to be able to see anything like this with the current day artists/producers. aint nothing like that HIGH QUALITY HIphop. Still HARD, and STILL made it to the top of the charts. NO quality lost in the process. can't say the same for this new nonsense.Real hip hop
