With the monthly break he takes and other holidays breaks Shonen Jump has, he writes 35-38 chapters a year. Seems like a realistic number to wrap everything up in 2024. A sorcerers fear of alienation makes sense. Since there humanity is what separates then from actual curses. But with Hakari it's more so him taking care of business. For him he is gonna live how he wants. So one could say that fear of alienation isn't a weakness for him.

Wouldn't Gojo still be flying solo if those two are present. Gojo is at his strongest when he is solo iirc.
Granted I would say those two would get in the way of Yuji's development and arc in Shibuya. So from that perspective it would make sense to not let them steal the spotlight from him.
