i'd love to see reparations for black folks happen. maybe one day that will be a reality in some form, but it's a longer road than the 2020 election. a lot of people also think the president will be the deciding factor and they couldn't be more wrong. should be thinking about your senate and house reps, you know, the people who actually write legislation.
anyway...i cant help but smh at the thought of conservative rethugs and their racist base pointing and laughing at their success sowing discord among black folks and other minorities. they know they have this locked and can keep implementing even more of their agenda while we're at each others necks. they on the sidelines like...

Presenting a united front for conservatives when you want different results doesn’t make sense to me. We did that for 8 years with Obama and it was pretty fruitless..

There are Black folks that are pro life and Black folks that are pro choice.
My daughter is obsessed with the environment and is a vegan that won’t use plastic straws. My son litters and eats enough burgers to put 5 Guys out of business.
Some of us are happy that their small business has flourished under Trump. And some that feel he’s the anti christ that’s destroyed their healthcare.
I know sometimes on twitter or the coli every Black that doesn’t quote Rachel Maddow verbatim is automatically Russian.
But me living in a working class Black community in the South has opened my eyes. We are way more diverse than the media presents us as.
