Joel Embiid should be better than a easy 1st round exit

Stop :cape:

This thread was made cuz he a Ben Stan . He’s happy the sixers are losing . He brought up Ben to make it seem as they would beat Boston with him instead of Embiid . Only a fool would believe that.

I didn't even notice that :mjlol:

Son is trash, Sixers will regret his max deal halfway into it. Too busy trying to fukk IG thots as opposed to working on his craft

So why y’all feel sorry for him surrounded by other young all star talent but gave and give Melo all the shyt when it was him going through it? If Melo was in East he would’ve ran the east, it’s secrets to Detroit not taking the man. Darko millicic nikka please. Y’all give Melo hell for this same shyt lol what was different? He don’t even jaw jack like embiid, so you can’t say he was a loud mouth. His teams were worse talent wise so what is it?

His biggest strength is passing and initiating offense you fukking moron
You so ass hurt about me insulting your fakkit ass in the other thread. :dead:

Thank you captain obvious. I literally said that Jokic brings the ball up and initiates offense in my post, I clearly know playmaking is his biggest strength. He’s also a phenomenal passer OUT OF THE POST. With or without him bringing up the ball, Jokic would be effective. Because the Nuggets have 4 shooters on the outside he can kick to when he draws defenders. Kinda like the 09 Magic. That was my point. You cannot be this stupid :mjlol:

Your point is moot since Jokic is fukking the player who initiates the offense:heh:. He is the main facilitator on the team, that's why it works. You want to hypothetically take away his biggest selling point and say it would work anyway just to push your arguement.

As good as he is, he cant create his own shot....still dependent on others to get him the ball and they suck at doing it

And hes not good enough shooter to do damage from perimeter and he def settles for bad shots too much

Wings>bigs.....that's just the way it is now

Dude has crazy talent but a bit overrated and not a #1

Do you actually watch the Nuggets?

You make it sound like Jokic brings the ball up and starts calling for an iso or a pick on some Harden shyt to break down his defender and hit the open man. :laff:

When Jokic brings the ball up, it is literally almost always to hand it off to a curling guard, using him as a screen to either get a shot off or further break down the defense.

Otherwise, the overwhelming majority of his assists come from him being in the post.

Watch this vid and note how the majority of the plays unfold. The wing makes an entry pass to Jokic in the POST who then makes an assisting pass to a scoring player. Jokic is NOT the initiator of the offense in the overwhelming majority of these clips.

Stop being an emotional fakkit and start actually watching games. I’m nothing but a “Bron Stan” yet I clearly digest more basketball than you do. :mjlol:

Are you honestly retarded? Serious question. You can be the main facilitator and intiator from the post. You are saying denver plays like the Magic in 2009. Do you realize dwight has never even broken 2 assists per game in any year of his career? Do you realize Jokic can shoot? Do you truly believe the nuggets play like the 09 magic:skip:. Jokic is the primary facilitator of the Nuggets who initiates offense on the regular. Hes also a shiiting threat that can step out and kill you from the perimeter. Very Dwight like :dead:

Put Jokic in Philly with Tobias Harris ,Al Horford ,Ben Simmons ,and Shake Milton around him and he’d be going through hell just like Embiid. All that creating means nothing when you’re feeding it to Tobias Harris for a J and not Jamal Murray .

Embiid in Denver with MPJ,Jamal Murray and shooters around him would look totally different.Space to operate downlow ,help off the perimeter and those shooters are gonna be throwing daggers in like they are now .

One team built around their star and committed to a play style while the other team is still fumbling around trying to figure out their identity.

That’s the big difference.

When I say they play like the 09 Magic I literally only mean that they play 1 in/4 out. Milsapp is a tweener 4 who can hit the 3 much like Rashard Lewis. This gives Jokic space to be able to post up without being doubled/pass out the post. There are a lot of parallels between the team at a foundational level. Obviously Jokic and Howard are completely different players and Jokic is light years ahead as a passer. That wasn’t the point.

The point is that for a back to basket C to succeed in this league he needs 4 shooters around him...like the 09 Magic. Because it gives the C room to operate without being constantly doubled. A guy like Dwight who isn’t an exceptional passer flourished in that system because the spacing allowed him to play to his strengths. A guy like Jokic flourishes in that system because well, not only is he good in the post but he’s good passing out of it.

You’re trying to make the shyt deeper than that because you’re emotional and mad I’ve been bullying you all morning. I’m not even the first person to reference the 09 Magic in this thread, several others have said similar. You’re just a weirdo dikk riding hater :dead:

The Warriors play like the Suns. Steve Kerr will tell you himself. He literally took what he learned from his time at PHX to the Bay. That’s who they’re modeled after. They’re a better defensive team than those Suns ever were Steph Curry is a completely different kind of player from Nash offensively but the foundational similarities are there. This isn’t really a mind blowing concept to anyone who isn’t an emotional retard. :unimpressed:
