"Criminal"? He was a one-dimensional player coming off the bench for title teams. Yeah, at 24-29 minutes he was an important contributor, but come on. Never made a single All-Star game his entire career. Imagine being Norm Nixon and you're starting over this guy, playing 40 minutes a game, making All-Star teams, but he ends up in the HOF and you don't just because he stayed on the Lakers for longer.

If you aren't considered good enough to play 30 minutes for your own team, then you shouldn't be considered one of the greatest players to ever play the game.

On a few plays he got one screen, but the most common thing was him just running around a little off-ball and counting on his defender to get lost or start ball-watching even if nobody screens him.
