Nah they were close, they grew up together. His management company was actually managing Michael Williams before he got knocked. and yeah I saw him in the movie Bullet with Pac. That was in 1996

Pac didn't start dissing Biggie until Hit Em Up dropped in June of 96. Pac died in September of 96. That's 3 months of dissing Biggie bruh. It's not like he was on his ass for a year straight.

yeah pac wasn't supposed to get shot(just pistol whipped and robbed I think). but when he tried to pull the gun and fight back.......that's what got him shot.
I think people thought pac was just gonna bow down and be easy to control cause he really aint have the govt pull like that you know. he really wasn't a tough street dude either, just had black panther ties to an extent. pac was on a black pride/positive vibe too. even though he was militant on some songs, but no outright street drug violence for no reason n shyt.
so you would think a guy that makes music like that really wouldn't want it with someone as big as jimmy(especially with him being backed by the govt).

They were cool enough for Pac to eat a gun charge for them. Pac was expecting the same degree of loyalty and it wasn't there...once that was apparent he let him know how he felt
Once he got it off his chest he left him alone. If you notice Puffy was mentioned on 7DT more times than biggie was. And from what the files say puffy not only knew, but probably had an active hand in whatever "discipline" was handed down to Pac when it became clear he wasn't going to rep badboy.
