Henchman was feared by damn near every rapper in the city besides Pac at that time. That's like saying a rapper from L.A should've checked Suge back in the 90's. Henchmen isn't a random goon on the block, he's a crime boss. there's literally nothing Biggie could do about it even if he did know. Him and Mike Tyson both warned Pac to stay away from Henchmen and Haitian Jack.
