yall know some stories on henchmen? I find it hard to fathom that hes able to put the fear of GOD in so many people. coast to coast:mindblown:

Lol everyone in NY knew about Henchmen since he was a teen he was a terrorist. I mean 50 makes jokes now and there's always been rumors of him being a snitch for years but he was a crime boss. He controlled things through violence not finesse.

Make no mistake fam. Henchman was thorough in the streets from the 90's till the 2000's. Look up an incident involving his son & Tony Yayo

I know that part but he was kinda washed up by the Yayo incident. But im talking about in like 95. How did he even get to that status.

Idk I cant fathom fearing a man that much.

so calling henchmen out in one of the most notorious diss songs of all time is being scared to death now :pacspit:

even with Suge backing him the most Pac could muster up was "I promise payback Jimmy Henchmen". First off, we all know if you mention it in a song you just looking for attention and not going to do anything because why would you make it public? If Henchmen gets killed after that who you think the Feds is after? Secondly, Pac did nothing, there was no payback because there's literally nothing Pac or Suge could do to Henchmen

Well considering I was damn near a toddler when Henchmen was in his prime so I dont really know details about him other than that Yayo incident and the legend of nikkas shytting their pants when he came around:dahell:

Having someone killed that slapped his son up after getting out of jail wouldn't be classified as washed up.

Well I was damn near a toddler when Henchmen was in his prime so i didnt know much about him until i learned about it when i got older.

He ran with Haitian Jack, Glaze, Tut, and they were notorious for sticking up and extortion of some of the biggest drug dealers in Brooklyn during the late 80s to early 90s

Another thing some of these Internet dudes from the burbs who live they life vicariously through rappers need to stop doing is equating

Drug dealer = street dude /tough dude

Any of us from the block know just cause you sold drugs don't mean you was looked at like rich porter or big meech. It was plenty lame ass dudes who wasn't bout no violence and not about no tough shyt who sold ounces and had money.

It's why they choose to be rappers in the 1st place brehs. They know it ain't a shot in hell they will be top dawg in the streets and it's also why they get themselves close with real street dudes to avoid getting robbed extorted and getting street cred for they marketing.

:beli: We need details. Why would Suge be scared to put goons on Henchmen? What affiliations did Henchman have in LA that would have Suge scared to push the button?

Henchman ran with Rollin 60 Crips out in LA. He confronted Pac at House of Blues in 1996 and basically told him to knock it off.

Henchmen had pull like that because he was heavy in the streets, and had a cooperation agreement with the feds, which let him skate on charges a few times... he had street ties in LA to crips and bloods, amongst other things, and the same in NY. Plus, all the contacts, connections and favors that come with being a high level second tier cocaine trafficker, with close relationships to distributors, of all sets, gangs, races. Just look at the details of his trial, he was a boss. He was a snitch, and I don't really respect that shyt, but thats then street. Suge had pull in LA, and elsewhere, and to be honest, Suge and Death Row were with the bullshyt, but local thugs compared to someone like Henchmen. Thats not to say Suge was scared…. the 'street' isn't like its discussed on the internet and in convos: it's not black and white, it's very grey, and the tendency is to want to paint it black/white, which is a misconception right there, that will muddy the whole picture.
