It's hard to say that though. Well, he's flat out wrong with Bird. First off, you couldn't stop Bird. So what Magic is for PGs, Bird is for SFs - especially the shooting-do-everything-SFs. But MJ was also the son of Doc. What makes MJ transformational is the the league had the marketing that started with Magic & Bird down to a science. Plus MJ has all of those other greats to compare with, that he stepped over. That's what enhanced his legacy.
Now from a marketing perspective, Kobe nor Wade was ever on that level. I get that. They never got that branding akin to MJ or Magic & Bird.

jim jackson was giving nikkas 22+ before he blew knee out. I don't agree with him on bird because he was first of his kind. Kobe and Wade are like different stages of jordan's career. wade being early jordan kobe being mid to late career jordan. We seen that before but that doesn't mean kobe isn't top 10 of all time.

Even if you disagree his perspective and reasoning actually make sense. He didn’t even shyt on Bird (even though of course c00nlock and Wiley tried to make it seem like he only said it because it’s racial). All Jim really said is that Lebron, Mike, and Magic were on a whole different level above everyone else.
