I have shoulder tendonitis and used to pitch. When I had inflammation in my shoulder I would always jerk my fastball and curve wouldn't break. Saw that exact shyt from Nova last night.

What trade got held up because of nunez? It seems like our touted prospects linger in the minor leagues either we start signing people again and stop being cheap ( Hal) or we let guys like Sanchez get a chance or trade them or something but I'm tired of this 4-5 years shyt and then they flame out. For all the talk about how strong the Yankees farm system was they last couple of years the have nothing to show for it. Well they had Montero but they gave him up for and uproven who then quickly proceeds to fukk up his shoulder. I understand the verdict is still out on some of these guys but I don't know how you can have much faith.
