I feel like the only reason Jarrod would tell him he had feelings for him is because they've already had plenty of conversations about Tyler's sexuality.
I don't think Tyler was trolling when having private conversations with Jarrod if he felt comfortable enough to tell him he had feelings for him. He ain't doing that to a heterosexual man pretending to be gay for jokes.
